Please read the following delivery conditions carefully before submitting your service request:

The steering gear must be delivered clean and free of oil/grease on the outside.
All electrical connectors must be undamaged and properly capped during transport.
The delivery must include the original vehicle documentation and current mileage record.
Packaging must be adequate to prevent transport damage — use original packaging where possible.
Steering gear must be delivered with all mounting hardware (bolts, brackets, adapters).
Any known damage, incidents, or abnormalities must be declared in full at registration.
Holzer Firmengruppe reserves the right to adjust the service scope and price based on the actual condition found upon inspection.
